Berhampur Physical Academy - Physical fitness program in Brahmapur - Ganjam, India

There are two different coaches here one is a good coach and he's quite friendly to the people and the other coach is not so friendly he's very rude towards the students and tries to coach them by giving them bad words. But if you get to train with the other friendly coach you'll get to lose weight and you'll lose weight very effectively.. But the hostel here is not worth it. They'll show that they will charge 7500 rupees for AC room and 6000 for Non AC room. But they charged me 8500 rupees for the AC room. And they'll not give you your own bed and you have to buy your own bed. They'll also not provide you with breakfast. They only serve Lunch and dinner but that too in a limited amount...

Exercise and training is excellent.. and training is free .. But the hostels are not that good, they are no cots in some rooms and beds, they are giving just thermacols which I don't like. I asked them can I stay in any other place and take training they said that's ur wish. I didn't like other stays so I came back and thinking of renting a room in berhampur and attend the training.

If anyone want to loose the weight then he or she must once visit to berhampur physical academy. This is the place where every parts of our country peoples came to loose the weight , especially the Bollywood actor , spots persons , Film director, international sports person and many more categories people came to this place and loose the weight without dieting.

Went there for weight loss . i contacted them regarding hostel which they have tie up with 3rd party hostels. I was informed that only non ac double sharing available for 6k including all meals. Like many of you i saw the video of barik sir's hostel tour which looked very clean and expected it to be same in reality but to my grave shock one of the hostel where i was allotted the rooms were extremly filthy and full of spiderweb and very dirty as if nvr cleaned in ages. I should not be complaining for the price it offers but it's not suitable for those who can't bear dirty unhygienic place. Only option remains is to find a place for yourself on ur own like rented apartment or other hostels n hotels which may cost more. Apart from that it's absolutely worth going there for Fitness. All you need is to be at the ground at 5 am where you do workout with others and result follows.

Work out is very good But hostel food not good and hostel faculty is very bad

Undoubtedly Number one physical excercise training centre, but most of Times updated contract number is not working. Phone ringing always, no response. Update an ultimate contact number.

I just talked to Barik sir over phone...he filled me enthusiasm and advised to visit there from Punjab...He is a gem person.
