Ambience is good. Service is not upto the mark. They don't know about the dishes in the menu. Food is not that good. Does not taste like authentic South East Asian food. Food is expensive but not upto the mark. To summarise it, you can skip this place. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area which are good.

Good restaurant. Its ambience is based out of China/Thailand. Ambience seems to be good. The restaurant was clean. They have Chinese, Thai and Indian menus available. Visit here, if you like Chinese and Thai foods. Items are a bit costly here, but as per ambience and service it's justified. Please do not give a tip here after paying the bill. As they already deducted 5% of the bill amount as service charge which is not fare as per government rule. That service charge is totally voluntary and not compulsory. So, if it's higher, you can ask them to restructure the bill and remove the service charge.

Dear friends, I wanted to share my recent dining experience at BERCO'S restaurant that left me with mixed feelings. The establishment in question provided excellent service and boasted a pleasant atmosphere, and the food taste fell short of expectations. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, who promptly seated me and ensured my comfort throughout the meal. The waiters were attentive, knowledgeable, and readily available to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their professionalism and genuine interest in providing a positive experience were commendable. The restaurant itself had a charming ambiance, with tasteful decor and soft lighting that created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The seating arrangements were well-spaced, allowing for privacy while still maintaining a sense of openness. The overall environment lent itself well to both intimate gatherings and casual outings. However, despite the excellent service and pleasant surroundings, I must admit that I was somewhat disappointed by the food taste. I believe it's worth noting that taste preferences can vary greatly from person to person. What didn't quite satisfy my palate may be enjoyable for others. It's always worth exploring different dishes on the menu to find the ones that suit individual tastes. In conclusion, if you're seeking a restaurant with exceptional service and a pleasant environment, the place I visited is certainly worth considering. Although the food taste may be average, the overall experience was still enjoyable, and I believe it can cater to a range of preferences. Very poor service and management, the food quality has degraded. Food quantity and taste is not at all worth the price. It's better to eat Chinese street food then eating at this place. Don't waste your money by visiting the place. It's better that they shut down this place. They don't even deserve one star. Earlier I had visited this place a couple of times with my friends it was good back then. Now I had my worst dine-in experience today. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this place.

Very well time spent in BERCO's restaurant with very good tasty foods. This restaurant is located near to Gandhi maidan - bakarganj road junction. The restaurant is very well maintained and all staffs are good & polite in nature. You can good views from the top. BERCO'S is a popular chain of restaurants in India known for its Chinese and Thai cuisine. They have multiple outlets across different cities in India, including Patna. BERCO'S is generally well-regarded for its wide variety of dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Nice Ambience. Their staffs are very helpful, also their servicing are on time. In short their hospitality is very good. Pricing are bit high but the quantity of food is sufficient. Chinese Food is very tasty and so their mocktails. But for sure it's Thai foods are tasty too. On my next visit I'm gonna try Thai food. But, little bit focus on cleanliness is required. Otherwise I will recommend everyone if you're Chinese lover try this place once.

Very very bad experience there, i have planned a party there but my party was ruined because of there management. There manager was there just know how to make people foolish no management dicipline. Nothing at all the amount before party i have asked him he just double the amount and asking me to pay after the party over. Ac are not working there. No one is there to taking care or guest. Food was good but i never suggest anyone to planned any special party there because the manager & management is really ridiculous.

For me it's the best restaurant for Chinese and Thai food. It really tastes amazing. Not only the food the service provided by the staff was best. They had a very kind gesture, especially the manager(Mr. Sandeep) he handled every kind of situation. He's nature was too good and liked the he treated all the customers. Must visit the restaurant!!
