There are few hotels in this area, among which this holds the standard facilities. Food quality is fine. Service lags a bit during rush hours. Ambience is on the plus side. Helpful and friendly staffs. Overall it's good.

It's a good property. Though we went there for lunch only. No doubt Food was good but quite costly. If pocket permits then must visit there.
Now I am staying room no. 108. It's a deluxe room. It's called an AC room, but I must stay the management is not any concern about their guest. The problem is that when I checked in the room, I told them the AC is not working properly. They somehow managed to start the AC, but now, at midnight, the AC is stopped working again. Now, I use the fan only by paying for a deluxe room. Also, my sleep is affected by the suffocation of the room cause the AC is stop working. I used to stay different categories of hotels in West Bengal. But I must say this is my worst experience. The management should think about theirs guest and properly check the resources that they provide. E.g. the AC of room no. 108, which is getting very old.
Very neat to Siuri Bus stand.Good place for stay but expensive.Also the hotel is a luxury place for celebrating your memorable day like marriages, Birthday etc.
My all time favourite restaurant in Suri. Almost every week I visited and enjoyed different types of foods. all the staff are very polite, well behaved and helpful. The ambience is also very good. The waiting area is spacious and of course the food is delicious.

We had lunch there a number of times. The food quality is awesome all the time, less spicy but very tasty. The price is very much reasonable. The "posto bora" is especially amazing.
