Had bad experience. The nurse and the other stuffs of this hospital are not at all sympathetic towards patients. They are gossiping about patients current condition rather attending. They are making fun of their patients if they thought the condition of the patient was according to them not so serious or nor to be admitted at emergency ward. They don't understand patience's mental situation rather making fun of him or her. Such pathetic and non experienced uneducated stuff.

Medical staff are good but management is very poor. All the administrative and management team are messed up. Behavior is very bad towards patient's attendees. Always they do the mistakes then try to blame on you. It's really pathetic to go there with patients and also they don't have any sort of cash,always you have to depend on online transactions.

Medical staff is great but some parts of administration is messed up. There is always some sort of commotion during the visiting hours. Guards are incharge of letting the visitors upstairs to 1st and 2nd floor but they do need some training in showing empathy and peaceful crowd control. The guards stand in front of the queue and shout from there to keep the hallway clear for obvious reasons. BUT what if they just request the visitors to stand aside and keep the hallway clear. It might work as a wonder. After all this is a service business. The visitors are barred from using the lift today(20/11/23) but that's not always the case. That's why I'm giving this a 2 .

A state of art multi speciality corporate hospital strategically positioned close to NH 2 and GT Road at BuRdwan City. Impressed by the approach of supportive staff , exceptionally cleanliness. Suggest to improve approach road to reach more patients groups .

A very good hospital in Burdwan city with a very large area. This hospital is clean inside and outside the hospital. There is a lot of parking space here. The staff and doctors here are very good and the emergency service is very good. But there are some female staff here who behave very roodly and the security here is really helpful and nice. And the equipments here are very advanced which means the pain and the treatment here is very good.

One of the best hospital in Burdwan. This hospital is about 4 KM away from Bardhaman railway station.

The hospital is situated over a large and clean area. Plenty of parking space is available. Premises is clean and not crowded. However, staff (female) employed are mostly mannerless. They lack empathy towards the patients. Lack of communication among them is very evident. Despite a big list of doctors displayed at reception their availability is very limited. Available doctors are not always punctual. There is a hygienic canteen which serves healthy food is good enough.
