Beng Phukhri - Historical landmark in Tinsukia - Tinsukia, India

This is a small pond which gets dried up in winters. During summer however it is beaming with water and one gets mesmerised by beautiful lotus flowers. There are few small shops and residential house around the place. The place is well known in city. The place has been here for many decades.

One of the many old age pukhuris(ponds) in Tinsukia. These ponds can be developed into good tourist spots but no body cares.

too poor bcz this area is fully flooded and don't have any drainage system

Dirty place... Garbage is scattered

Nothing to see here honestly. Its very dirty . Better to avoid this place

Only visit there for Husain chacha's boutique. My last minute saviour !!!
