There's a lot of struggle with getting the necessary documents and cooperation from the staff at the hospital. It's frustrating that there isn't an official number or email to reach out to for documentation, and they want you to physically come to the hospital for a discharge summary. This is irrelevant and time-consuming. It also sounds like there's a lack of proper administrative policies in place at the hospital. The discharge summary, medicine information, and other relevant documentation are not easily accessible for future reference, which can be quite inconvenient. It's even more frustrating when the doctors advise admission but aren't very cooperative when it comes to providing the necessary documents. Hang in there, and hopefully, the situation improves soon!

Worst Experience : The staff is undoubtly rough natured and harsh with the arrivals. Specially the receiptionist on duty at noon of Sep 16th 2023. @Mr. Anand Bendle - You must thoroughly cross verify the above feedback to deliver the better services in future. People also expect good behavior along with good treatment. Offcourse it is a part of remedy.

No doubt Dr.Bendale Treatment is good, but during my Father critical condition recommended hospital by then, Kuber hospital it's not capable to handle critical patients. Because of there mistake I suffer huge loss in my life. Plz my humble request do not ever suggest such type of hospital or else recommend patients to Nagpur.

Very bad experience.....staff are not educated...they don't know post operative care,even Blood pressure also taking manually without using stethoscope... please sir provide stethoscope in each ward..

Doctor has own medicle. Always expensive medicine,no accurate problem solved,only sweet talk,more expensive (looted) and less accuracy..for sugar patients Try dr. Vinod nagrale he is good and accurate doctor
