Small bus stand with frequent buses to Hassan. Channakeshawa temple is about ten minutes walking distance from this stand. Autos will charge Rs 40 for four people from this bus stand to channakeshawa temple. Saw only one shop in this bus stand. Neatness was decent. Beluru bus stop (new one) is clean and attached canteen offers decent food. Buses are on time. Because of no traffic, one can reach as per their schedule.
Because of free ride for women they stopped some buses and you won't get any seats in the evening time,if you're planning to go somewhere in govt bus from belur you have to go before 4 pm some buses are not Available in evening and no timings.
It's good and busses are available to many places like madikeri, chikkamagaluru, hasan, sringeri, mysore, bangalore, tirupati. Paid Toilets also available there and it is walkable near to Chennakesava temple. We can also see some beggars with rude behaviour.
Normal bus stand with buses to connect Hassan Chikmagalur Dharmasthala subramanya etc.
No proper sign boards. Toilets are not clean. Not enough facilities overall. Such an ordinary bus stand for such a historic place.
