Belsare Children Hospital - Hospital in Nagpur - Nagpur, India

Doctor is very kind and the way he treat his patients it is amazing. But 1 star for staff and management, There Staff don't have emotions. Whenever I visit I have to wait for 2 hours minimum, receptionists is emotion less she don't understand emergency. And if you ask anything they are ready to argue. And if you argue with them they will make you waited for more time saying Apke pehle ke aur bhi patients hai. This is the way they hand their patients.

Doctor Belsare is a good doctor but the management of the hospital is absolutely worst. I'm coming here since over an year and the treatment of the doctor is very good but there is no time management. Any time we visit hospital we have to wait over an hour to see the doctor. Even if we arrive at the time of our appointment we have to keep waiting. Today we booked an appointment and we're given 2pm time. When we came in at 1.45pm we were told that it's lunch time and we will need to wait for 30 minutes. It's 2.30pm now and nothing has progressed. If you have a lunch time why give an appointment in that slot? Poor management and very irresponsible staff.

My nephew was admitted but Dr was not successful in treating patient. At night, Dr recommend patient to shift to different hospital. If patient is serious, I don't recommend.

Treatment is good but receptionist staff is not able to handle the patient as per the appointment time.. they are always ready to argue with u and they have mentalities to do whatever they want to do......

There is too much charge. Think carefully before going to the hospital.

Doctor's nature is good. But it's pathetic when it comes to getting the report or even knowing the outcome on phone. After rigorous followup also sisters /mausi kept on telling to call after few minutes on every call. They were so casual. I highly discourage to get blood tested here till any other option is available. Atleast we can get the report as per standard timelines defined for the specific test.

It was worst experience with Belsare Hospital after 1year of visit. Staff is ill-trained and doesn't know how to behave with people. The moment they open their mouth explains how Ill mannered they are. In this pandemic situation where people are humble and extending their hand for support , Belsare child clinic staff is ill mannered and arrogant with the people visiting their clinic. Even after taking appointment rude and arrogant staff came to fight with us stating the lady who gave appointment is new and she doesn't know how to do that. Is that our fault? We visited clinic and their comes the rude and arrogant staff not 1 or 2 but 5-6 staffs along with security guard to prove they are correct. Would suggest never visit Belsare hospital. There are many other hospitals would recommend to go over there but not Belsare

I went to the Hospital at evening 6:30 PM with an appointment with Dr Hrishikesh Belsare. Dr Hrishikesh Belsare has recommended the blood test for my baby and I have done the payment for the blood test before the blood sample has been taken. After that the junior doctor was taking the blood sample of my child, so I was watching the process from the door of the cabin. Then the junior doctor was arrogantly asking me to go out and he wanted to close the door of the cabin and was not allowing me to see what was happening with my baby. When I have requested him to let me see whatever is happening with my baby, then he was shout like the boss and pushing me outside off the door and just closed the door roughly in front of my face. And my baby was still inside the cabin. I was very much insecured about my newborn baby. And this worry is all normal for a father. The behavior of the junior doctor was very bad, unprofessional and arrogant. He was behaving like the boss of the Hospital itself. Also the junior doctor is not having any enough knowledge about the baby's treatment. He does not have any idea about how to answer the questions of the parents. Everytime he goes to Dr. Hrishikesh Belsare. And passes his comments forward. But when it comes to arrogance, then he will behave as the senior most doctor of the hospital. He have behaved very unprofessionally with me. He pushed me off the door. He closed the door of my face. He was speaking very arrogantly and disrespectfully. I don't want to encounter him again. We use the come to Belsare hospital for our baby's treatment, but we don't want to encounter these type of useless junior doctor's after comming there. As we are paying the fees, we also have the right for transparency and descent communication. I hope Dr. Hrishikesh Belsare will consider my comment and will try to improve the bahaviour of the junior doctor in his Hospital. If the junior doctor will behave in the same way outside the hospital then he would have been greeted with multiple slaps on his face. The name of the that junior doctor was ( Sumit Naket). I hope all the caring parents will read my review and will think about this.
