A good standard gymn according to Mandi's standards. But they can also improvise by adding some extra machines such as tricep pressdown etc
Working out here for almost 9 months, best gym in Mandi GobindGarh but they need to work on the hygiene a bit more. Trainers and Equipments all good.
Such a best fully equipped gym around gobindgarh and very helping staff. Equipment are very nice . All Personal trainers have very good knowledge about fitness, training, nutrition. They trained like a coach not a trainer, motivates you and force u to do 1 more set.
This is the worst gym in town when it comes to services. Infrastructure is good and thats all they boast about. But if you are a experienced lifter none of the equipments are worth. Moreover trainers will push for personal training. Not at all recommended.
Awesome gym with nice trainers where along with weight training, aerobics, cardio and martial arts training is also given. Machines are also of good quality.
