Belliata the Family Salon - Beauty Parlour in Bilaspur - Bilaspur, India

The parlour has ample courteous staff and is kept clean. We went there two times, one of which included cutting the hair of my 2.5 year old and they did a fantastic job. The way the hairdresser was patient, his caring attitude and the swiftness of his art impressed us. If you're in Bilaspur and thinking about visiting this parlour, dont think twice.

Very bad and worst experience.The hair dresser is untrained especially Avinash srivas, he is totally untrained and has a bad attitude he doesn't know how to cut layer he ruined my long hair.. I said to cut just 2 inches of layer cut my hair and what he did is just take my hair up and cut it at once, my hair is ruined, is this what a customer expect while getting their hair done?!omg I'm crying! what should I do?! Also such a ill mannered staff!? There's was another staff girl "Puja" she said to that guy "u did it totally wrong" yet he wasn't accepting his fault and wasn't guilty instead he was talking back, she tried to manage but unable to do it bcoz he already cut my hair so short and there was no balance, only 5 inches hair in back side left, Uneven length, some long some too short, no one was able to set and balance my hair she tried to but no change, it was such a havoc! The manager said "uska hair cutting ka turn tha isliye usko diya" yall don't even know how your staff's work?! You can't just give any1 bcz of turns The lad doesn't accept his guilt he just experimented with my hair in only 5 min he cut my so long hair. What should I ? I can't even accept myself bcz of how I look! It's embarrassing to go outside with this hair!! At least appoint trained barbour and those who are well mannered or close your saloon. I made a plan sort of thing already paid 1700rs for 5 times cut service but will not ever come again hire better staffs and manager.
