Went to the changanacherry store. For hair color and facial, must say, prices are exorbitant. They charged 750 for just shaping my hair and then color, extra,which is crazy. For facial, its a whole another level, they will try thier best to sell most expensive ones even if you are not interested. I checked the same facial product in another website, it was inr1000, you charged me inr2350 plus another 400 for d tan. I would strongly recommend customers to be very careful while using their service. I am not returning back again.its a total rip off.

The saloon was an awesome experience for me .I went there for spa and hot oil massage and it was really soothing and relaxing experience for me. A staff named Binita attened me and she did took good care of me and i am relaly happy with her. Manager milu was also really hepfull in suggesting me whats best for my hair type and she made sure all tge customers were at ease.

One of the best saloons in Changanassery...well equipped, neat and clean, yet has competitive rates. They are adequately staffed with trained and well mannered dressers...got my hair cut from Ritik (I suppose that's how it spells); he did a decent job...

Amazing experience in Belleza through stylist Dolzyan. She was very attentive and took into account my sensitive skin. Provided me specific suggestions for better maintenance. Very knowledgeable along with excellent service!!

Hi Siby, Thanks for the response. I was not able to reply directly to your response and hence editing the review with my comments toward your reply. First of all, its not the first time I am going for a hair cut..I had clearly informed the guy on my requirements before start and even showed him the previous hair cut picture for more clarity and despite that he has trimmed my hair..Its not like he followed what the customer said..once hair trimmed means customer dont have any option and has to accept the situation and leave and its not like you say. Even I told him that time itself that its too much gone and he had lots of bla bla explanations for the same and I didnt argue much as there is no use rather than skipping the shop next time.. I said I ddnt feel much as there were no options apart from realising the mistake and keeping quite as there wont be any positive actions from the business side. Also on your point as to different people will have different opinion..Yes, that is the purpose why even you are relying on the Public Reviews to your businessor else you should not enable Google Review option and trust your employees only and follow what they say and not to support the customers.. Big and reputed salons means we will have some expectations from the team, but that was entirely opposite was what i wanted to inform. I am ready to share the pics which i shared with Indar and what he has cut and even ready to connect with your team for confirming what i had informed them. Negative or poor reviews also should be considered as not everybody will have time for such genuine and informative reviews which the business might not like. Thanks

What happened to belleza.??? We hail from kochi and from last one year we are a regular customer. Either there were 2 or 3 salons near belleza, our first preference was only belleza, because of the customer service, professional and expert hair dressers. But now???? 4 days back I visited for haircut for myself. Only i staff was there and he had one customer, the front office lady asked me to wait and for half n hour i sat there, no updation from anyone and no other staffs came. She was busy with other customers who came there, i didn't say anything to make a conflict, i just moved away and she didn't even noticed. I went to a salon next to belleza and done my haircut. Today I went with my son for his haircut. But I can't see any familiar faces around there. A new boy was there, but not at all satisfied with his haircut. Need to rethink for a next visit to belleza. Hoping the previous team and service will be back soon.
