Today i went for a haircut. Ashish handled the service. He listened to what i wanted and did it perfectly. I didnt want alot of my length gone. Basically just a trim. He made sure every step of the way I was comfortable and double checked before he made a cut. Truly awesome service. I was really frustrated with people deciding to chop of the length not listening to what i had asked for. So im extremely happy he listened.
I did a Hydra Facial and hair colour from Belleza yesterday. The whole process took almost 4 hours.Both Deepthi and Bimal who did my face and hair was really patient and helpful. They were friendly and engaged me so that I don't feel tired. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Thanks to the reception staff as well. My international cars wasn't accepted at the salon. I panicked but they were quite chill and waited till my mom came and paid. They gave us both a complementary eyebrow threading as well. Thanks for a great experience. Will definitely revisit when I am home.
The head massage was a disaster! Untrained personnel and overcharged !!!! Charged me Rs 500/- for barely 5 minutes of lousy unhealthy massage!!!!! Be careful when it comes to billing too! Ask for a clear break up of the charges, calculate yourself before paying the bill.
I've done my advanced Keratin treatment yesterday. Sincerely it's amazing... my hair transformation was unbelievable. Also should coment about the staff; mine was done by Ashis and Virat both were patiently done all the task and they suggested post care routine very friendly manner Thank you Balleza I will give 5 stars
