I had my first experience at Belle Femme, and I'm genuinely pleased with their services. Unlike many salons that target your insecurities and push products, Belle Femme provides information based on your needs without making you uncomfortable. I want to give special thanks to Bharat; he's excellent at hair color and haircut services, and I highly recommend him.
I will not recommend anyone to visit this place for any service.
Most of the services are pathetic and painful. Facial and massage services were done by unskilled team. I got facial scratch while using their services. Unprofessional and roadside barbers like people are here at this place... It was my first visit here and now I am feeling that I have much better options near my home. Belle Femme is a Waste of time and money.
Excellent services by Bharat n Anjali... the upkeep is awesome... The charges are competitive... the best part is ... the beautician will happily show you what product they are going to use...in short ... what they say... they use... unlike in most of the salons u must have faced this issue... u know plastic ki katori mein white cream... God only knows what is that... but in Belle Femme I found it altogether Different.
Good work Guyz... Love to have such a premium salon in Indore...

Not even want to select single star. Very bad experience I had , after spa I got too much hair breakage in my crown area . Paid 3500 for spa but I must say paying 350 for hair wash services in ordinary parlour must be better experience than whatever I had in bellefeme Saket branch . Would never suggest any one .

Very pleasant atmosphere, Extremely clean area! Greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately.
The owner is never present at the salon and the services are thrice as expensive as the price of other salons. The services are pure trash and have caused severe damage to my skin. They charge extra for every little thing and I strongly believe other cheap salons offer better services than them.
Came here for hair and makeup before my ring ceremony with a friend. They didn't finish until around 8, even after we reminded them several times about our time crunch.
Pros: they helped me get into my dress, washed, curled, and styled my hair, did my makeup, provided tea
Cons:
1) they weren't transparent about timing, made false promises, and ended up finishing late even after saying we would be in time
2) they burnt my scalp with hot water to the point I screamed
3) they used a curling iron even after I told them my hair doesn't curl well with a curling iron. They compensated by keeping the hair in the curling iron far too long. And before curling, they had crimped my hair for volume. When I washed my hair and went to bed in the evening, all I could smell was burnt hair. They ended up damaging my hair a lot - I had to buy restorative shampoo, conditioner, & hair mask to try and revive it. I'll never forget the strong smell of my hair being completely burned
4) makeup took a long time, and they put on at least 10 layers, so the makeup looked really thick. But it was a subtle look, so it honestly didn't make sense that it took so long. I think in consideration of my eyelash extentions, they didn't put any eyeliner, but it would've been better if they had. And I wish there was more contour- my face looked more pudgy than normal that day.
All in all, they did what they were supposed to and it looked nice but I would never come back here. The amount of damage to my scalp and hair! Even the way they put the mountain of bobby pins hurt my head. And I honestly don't understand why it took 4hrs - I could've done it myself in 2hours max.
