The location is excellent, with a good view, especially from the top floor. However, trees on the property may obstruct the view from other rooms. The rooms are large and spacious, though the bathrooms could use a makeover due to aging elements. Keep in mind there's no lift, so be prepared for stairs. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the food is delicious, accompanied by live music during dinner. While amenities are plentiful, some room and bathroom upgrades would enhance the overall experience.

This is a family and kids oriented resort. Stayed with my family. My kids had a very nice time in the kids play area and the lawns. The food was very good. Breakfast had limited options but very tasty. The room service dining option was a bit expensive. All the staff especially those at the restaurant were very attentive and courteous. Overall I would definitely recommend this resort for families.
A review after years.. because we still remember... Had an amazing stay with the family and we still cherish. everything was good and i remember it was around 3.5k at that time.Buffet breakfast was good and friendly staff. Staying there and visiting near by places was perfectly worked out.
10/10... It was a great experience at Bella Vista resort..absolutely a beautiful property with a stunning view... Their staff was very courteous & helpful.. Food was excellent.. everything that they prepared was too good.. we had nothing to complain about.. I had left some of my belongings at the hotel..they sent back through courier and didn't even charge for it..It was very generous of them.. They also packed some mid night butter & jam sandwiches for us, as we left the hotel around 4 AM. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Was a great experience at Bella Vista resort. Well maintained amneties and surroundings. A beautiful property with a stunning view. Even they have live performances to keep the guest occupied for few time in the evening. Their staff was very courteous & helpful (even with recommendations on places to visit). Food was excellent and everything that they prepared was too good.. we had nothing to complain about. The rooms in Forest block needs an bit of makeover. We stayed in ground floor, which does not have any view. Recommendation would be to take the valley view rooms.
