We loved our stay here . Absolutely stunning decor and rooms were great with all the facilities. Great value for money . Rooftop terrace is great to relax and unwind . Bike hire to go around and tour the city . Great owners who are so helpful . They actually planned our trips and we really felt home away from home . Highly recommend this beautiful luxury home stay .

we stayed here last week 29 Sept 2023 and we had an extremely bad experience. They say it's a home stay but it feels like a haunted house with an empty neighborhood. 1) We booked from Make My Trip and it offered us breakfast but upon reaching (after traveling for 500 km) owner said breakfast would not be possible for that amount and said you can cancel (seriously, after this much travel she knew we would continue ) and said discuss with MakeMyTrip and she can not help also refused to talk to make my trip 2) Rooms are not that clean considering the amount they are taking 3) some rooms feel like we are traveling on a railway as those are not actual rooms and are created from the balcony 4) there is some smell and a lot of dust in the rooms 5) no proper ventilation I would suggest reconsidering before booking this place. you will lose your excitement of the trip with this unprofessional and arrogant owner.

I genuinely wish i could give "0" stars !!! Terrible experience. If you were to choose this place thinking it's budget friendly, please don't . You may feel the price is lesser than other stays online , but it's far from all the attractions in goa and travelling from this stay to the place will only cost you 7k+ . Rooms stink , there is no service at all and still they charge you for the service . There are no resturants around , you will have to spend minimum 500 to just reach some place to eat , you can't order food , you will have to order only to them and all they do is place the same order on Zomato for extra price (they hold the extra price) and they charge you for eating in same food sitting in their dining table ! Please go to Goa and you will find a lot of better places to stay

Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is very co operative. Owner is continue touch with me for service. Best part is location and accomodation is very good. Overall good experience. Must recommend to use their services and feel like home.

Sweet owners! Really transparent and helpful. Clean rooms and washrooms. Decent food options. I highly recommend this homestay for people looking to stay near Goa University.

A haunted house! The rooms are dirty. The walls are dirty. Bathrooms are dirty. Owner is rude. Room service is good.

Guys don't go there they r cheater ...I have booked n paid in advance...after 1 month they said prices r increase u have to pay more or else they will cancel accommodation...I have paid the amount which they asked but after 1 month they cancelled my booking ..be aware guys I paid the amount whatever u asked then after one month why u call me asked for more money.

Don't stay here they are a froid person I booked a room from the Make My Trip and when i reach the hotel rooms are the suffocated and dirty i deny to stay here and say to the owner please cancel booking i got my refund he say ok no problem but after that he is not cancelled any booking and charge me 1500inr
