Ambiance is not like a good spa. therapist are not attractive at all, are like old low class ladies. They have no knowledge of massage techniques, only rubbing the body with oil. Just a waste of money.

The quality of the spa has absolutely degraded. It was great when it started with quality therapists. Now the therapists are untrained and only crave for extra service charges. The reception is very welcoming and that might trick you. Avoid the Thai therapist who is far from being a masseur. The local therapists are not at all trained in pressure tactics doesn't even bother to check on you. Thoroughly disappointed. Taking it off the list of best spa in Kolkata.
The spa is really very good and lady at reception as well as some guys there very polite and customer welcoming nature, but therapist only intention to earn extra, no interest in message
Definitely a good addition to the spa scene in Kolkata. Most of the staff are from the a well known spa in Gariahat. They are very cordial and pleasing in nature. Customer first attitude and affordable pricing makes it definitely a try out to relax and rejuvenate.
