One of the worst ever experienced from oyo townhouse Bell hotel from Chennai. The picture which was shown in the oyo app is entirely different from the reality experience. Room is full of misquotes, bugs n flies n insects. Felt like we were in inside a biological lab. Ac the water is leaking n with full of dust probably u wil get astma soon if u stay in that room. Old bed ( mattress ) the spring is poking my back while sleeping. The cot size is so small . Tv connect gorn due to bad weather issue that is bit acceptable. If after getting bittings from the mosquitoes n if i get any health issues will the oyo going to take care of my body ??? Dump smell, the shower is fully rusted n if we get bath in that we will get disease soon. Wc is yellow in colour , generally it should be white in colour. Oyo gives 5 promises bt in hotel bell nothing is fulfilled , waste of money . I think it's time for the oyo to winde up from the hostility industry. Wt is the use of having gm , managers n gre n all totally rubbish. This property is placed behind the railway track so train running noise n jerk will be der so u PPL cannot sleep well also. No wifi bt they blindly give the townhouse password ...wt is the use over der ??? Oyo there is no use in investing more money n doing show off ...u need to have some stuff inside .... Pls get lost from the hospitality industry ur totally ruening up n spoiling the entire industry . All 5 star rating are totally fake n it's self rated up the the company itself. Showing 3.8 in Google bt the ground level reality is the property needs to be get sealed up. The proper hotel staff. Seempage in the walls. Instead of booking a room in oyo it's better to sleep in the middle of the road r pathway. Staff r normall bt wt is the use in it ...is I'm paying for the staff r for the room ??? Totally horrible organization which kill the guest mentally ..... Total waste . Pls don't ever never step into Oyo... It's nt Oyo it's aaiyooo If u PPL thinks my review is wrong then look my pictures below , it will speak.

Waters are not maintained properly but receptionist are good at response if the maintenance were super will surely give 5stars

This hotel is just walkable distance from Chennai Central. Individual WiFi in every room. Shampoo and shower jel with hand wash in separate dispenser. Cooling perfect. Bathroom is also very good. Card Lock. Hotel provide complement Bislery and Breakfast with superior room only. Resurgent food is also affordable and excellent. Only critical point of hotel is that there is railway line behind the hotel and local train was running on them and you can feel disturbed from their sound.

Bell chennai Restaurant-Bell Hotel is in poonamallie high Road, perimapet, park Town, Central Chennai -600003.This hotel is very famous in this area. They have more customers due to their customer service and customer satisfaction The food here is very tasty and higenic .we can taste all varieties in non vegetarian and Chinese food items .it is easily visible from a high traffic area. They have very spacious car parking as well as two wheeler parking.

Food is delicious, staff are good cooperative but only one thing was train sound reflects inside the room. But room was good.

Very useful place... newly renovated as oyo town house... needs mosquito controls alone... rest all are fine...
