This hospital building European model and green feel atmosphere. Hospital building cleaned and silent atmosphere. Big amount of peoples daily visit this hospital but not feel rushing. Believers Church Medical College Hospital is a healthcare institution of Believers eastern Church based in Thiruvalla, Kerala, India. The Medical College is attached to a 743-bed, multi-speciality hospital. The Medical College, established in 2016, is situated in a campus of about 25 acres connected by rail and road.

The infrastructure and treatment rendered by the hospital is pretty decent. Everything was great untill we decided to have food from the canteen at ground floor. The hospital canteen wasn't maintaining the standard and hygiene to justify with the hospital part. But the price list was much above. We had chicken biriyani(which i ordered but doesn't seems like) which cost Rs 150 each was the worst. I strongly believe that i could have treated much better in any of the phases during my lunch which includes billing, queue for food ,serving area and quality of food when i am paying Rs 150/- for a chicken biriyani. The staff behaviour was kind of rude. I also understand the canteen is runned on a contract basis which is seriously causing defame to the entire institution. The hospital management shoud kindly review the overall conduct of the contract. Thanks

An excellent health care facility with expert doctors in all the departments. All doctors and nurses are very friendly and cordial which is satisfying for not only the patients but also the bystanders.This hospital provides a wonderful ambience ensuring the comfort of the patients. No one here would ever feel to be in an hospital but rather a feel of five star hotel. The in-room service is also excellent. Hygiene is the top priority here. The staff are always ready to attend to every need of us during our stay in the hospital. Overall it provides a very professional service. Although the parking facility is not up to the mark it can be tolerated.

Clean hospital, well maintained toilets, good staffing, polite doctors, systematic, good parking space, efficient booking system and clean drinking water. Best hospital in pathanamthitta district in terms of infrastructure and staff service. Forgot to mention about the cafeteria in first floor having very tasty food items. The dressing of supporting staff like 'mother Teresa' looked a little weird and felt very patriarchal. This kind of religious extravaganza should be avoided in public places.

A modern hospital with all kind of facilities in one roof. Hygiene is very good and they give more important to it. Doctors, nursing staffs and others are well behaved ones. Hospital ambience is an extra advantage. The out view gives extraordinary pleasant to patient and bystanders. Private rooms are just like a star hotel rooms. Some drawbacks are patient's food as well as canteen food quality is very poor. Price of food in canteen too much high. Other draw back is billing section is very slow.
