Overpriced and Terrible Customer Service! I recently had the misfortune of visiting Belgium Flakes and let me tell you, it was a complete disappointment. I'm appalled by the exorbitant prices and the abysmal customer service I encountered during my visit. I understand that quality comes at a cost, but this place takes it to a whole new level. I was shocked to see the ridiculously high prices for their pastries and shakes and jucies It felt like I was paying a premium for mediocrity. I've been to many bakeries before, and I can confidently say that Belgium Flakes has crossed the line when it comes to pricing. To make matters worse, the customer service was beyond terrible. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. They barely acknowledged my presence when I walked in, and when I asked for assistance, they responded with an attitude that made me feel like I was bothering them. It's basic customer service etiquette to treat customers with respect and make them feel valued, but Belgium Flakes clearly missed the memo. I would strongly advise anyone considering visiting Belgium Flakes to think twice. The prices are outrageously high, and the customer service is abysmal. Save your hard-earned money and look for a bakery that values its customers and offers reasonably priced products.
