Leander was not customer friendly at all. We went their for dinner and the service was very poor even after asking her and placing the order well before time, the order wasn't delivered on time. The manager Leander is very unprofessional.
Great place in the centre of town. We landed for one night on Tamil New Year's day. They offered a room with great views. The bathroom lock was dysfunctional, but since it was a holiday we couldn't get it fixed. Food was great and we had a good experience for that one night.

A beautiful and cozy cafe in Kotagiri. The food was just too good! And the desserts and hot chocolate were lip smacking. The couple who runs the place were too sweet and hosted us like their own kids. Definitely would recommend 5/5 !

Best place to stay in Kotagiri for a relaxing experience. The caretaker Mr. Graden is exceptionally good at tending to the guests and I should say we got more than we asked for everytime. The food is delicious and our favourite was the chicken roast!
