Bel Canto Multi Cuisine Restaurant - Restaurant in Kannur - Kannur, India

Food, service and the overall ambience was very good. We ordered a variety of dishes not really similar to each other. Yet the service time was minimal. It would be better if the dessert menu is separated and given to customers after they finish their main course instead of right at the beginning of ordering. Also the choice of vegetarian dishes need improvement. Definitely going in again for more. Last time I went here there were just 3 or 4 waiters and the wait for food was too long. We had to wait almost 15-20 min for tea and almost the same for basic thali meals. Food was still very good though.

Unfortunately such a nice restuarant is sinking down with over price and poor hospitality. A 250ml of pineapple juice is more expensive (Rs.130 + tax) than a chicken Ceaser salad!!! Did I ever eat a chicken biriyani so dry?? I just want to ask the management,do you really happy to see your investment wasted by over priced menu??

Before i give my experience at this place, I would like to highlight certain issues I found here. the cutlery they give is not cleaned and dried properly there are water stains and grease in them. the portion size of Ceasar salad and starters like crunchy chicken and chicken tikka items are pretty small for the price point. Fried rice is very yummy so is the salad. to talk about the ambience the place is very uptown funk with industrial interior accents. the servers are decent enough and polite on your face. they have an issue of smiling and giggling looking at the customers face. overall food is good, but you could get better taste and quantity at a lot lesser price at COOL LAND kannur.

If you are looking for a feel good cafe or restuarant with good interiors and vibe then go for Bel canto. I have recently arranged a birthday party for my son and it was the best ever. Service team is upto the mark and they will make your special occasion a memorable one. I think this is one of the best dine in spots that you can find in Kannur with tasty food and ambience. Parking space is also a plus point. They have front parking and underground parking so that you can happily invite more friends or family for a treat. I have tried different dishes and many items were really good. Texture of the chapati and roti could be bit more better but malabar paratha was yummy. Items are little bit expensive but you can go once in a while for a good change. One thing I should mention that it took almost 30 minutes when I reordered a curry and that made me bit disappointed. I think night will be the best time to visit here so that you can enjoy the ambience at it's best.

It was an average experience. I went to the restaurant with my family for a dinner. I reserved the table over phone call and they were decent enough to check our status when we were half an hour late. There is lift from parking and they provided wheelchair to my mom as per request. The staffs were very courteous and they helped us to get to the washroom and table. We ordered food and starters were served quick (less than 10min). It was hot but somehow didn't feel fresh. The nool porotta and butter nan was already lost its warmth. I couldn't even see a pinch of pineapple in the pineapple mojito i have ordered. I felt like squash. Before we order, I asked for any 'restaurant special' item (I always ask any restaurant) so that we don't miss any tasty item. But that gentleman was not sure of such thing. Overall, friendly staff and their hospitality, neat and clean area, wonderful ambience and average food and service. Good option for small celebrations,,Food also good @ reasonable price ,, Hospitality is also good especially Mr Ebin ,He arranged everything what we need ..Recommendable

New Destination in the town for premium dining with multiple choice. It's quite a spacious hall and decorated various furniture with art wood and plants. I just tasted a few from the menu and was satisfied without any wow! Expecting more delicious days ahead, and appreciate the management for presenting this amazing restaurant.

First of all , everything that we ordered was delicious including the tea. Service was little below par for a premium branding Restaurant. But the prices are as low as a normal restaurant (I was surprised to see the menu) Overall a very nice place to take friends and family with. I recommend the Meals , those were very tasty ,all the thodu curries and sambar was also extremely good.(almost like having a meal from good Kerala wedding)
