I went for a kerla ayurvedic massage,for relaxation. The staff was kind and good to talk to but I would say the view felt surreal. The massage was good.

It houses full fledged Kerla naturopathy centre which takes care of your mental as well as physical health.

Vary bad experience very 3rd class management at night services We has visited this hospital for emergency of my friends baby its was nearly 9 pm all hospital was closed so all of friends tell us about bel air hospital Panchgani. . .so we visited to it but 1st we told that hospital is closed after giving references of oneof Dr . .. they said wait will call Dr . . .afterwaiting sometimes one of Dr come . .and check a baby and they call to Dr call infront of us and discuss about some things . . . . And after some time they said need to give IV bottles become of weakness we said ok do asap But again That Dr call to someone And after some time they told us that we don't have Iv set . .(there'swas IV set available and also give to available patient )But at same time nurses was said we hav all things but That Dr look at her and said no we don't have After we inquire about actual problems then we know its about problems of dr . .. actually that time all Dr are on holiday for 31 December and same Dr was not able to take s responsibility because he was also going to holiday after 10.00 So we need to go wai 25 km ways for further treatments at 10 30 at night

This hospital comes under red cross. They still don't provide good facilities. They have been taking advantage of the covid-19. They are charging a huge amount just to admit the patient, and for the further procedure more amount is been taken. It's the expensive hospital right now. Which is only concerned with making more money, and doesn't care about people's life.

It caters the needs of locals in panchgani. During covid they did remarkable service to the people of that vicinity. They also have a hiv dedicated section.

Unlike the vision of the donors of land and infrastructure, Bel Air has become a money minting business place...don't make a mistake of rushing your patients in emergency here, you r sure to b butchered...But if u have plenty of money, get admitted here to enjoy rest amidst serene atmisphere at a cost cheaper than a hotel...Not missionaries, but mercinaries.
