Beith Hotel - Hotel in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

Booked a month in advance but when arrived no one knows. Worst experience. No customer service at all. Opened the room and it stinks. No communication. No one is responsible. Immediately left.

The rooms are not clean. Also, in the night, there was much noise coming from the other rooms. Also, a drunkard knocked on our room at 2am, which was really scary. Parking is another problem. No steps from the ground to the reception.

Not worth it, you can choose the stay in better hotel with same cost. Cons' No hotel car parking, no emergency telephone, TV remote not available, poor maintenance.

Service is very good and the staffs behave very well. 24 hours service. According to my need the location was perfect

Service is very good and the staffs behave very well. 24 hours service. According to my need the location was perfect. Just a few steps to Cochin University metro station,resataurant on the ground floor and the rooms were very clean and good. But I prefer AC rooms because it's little bit hot.

A calm and peaceful place. Neat arrangements. Friendly staff's. Pleasant ambient. Budget friendly. Total I enjoyed staying there. It's near to LULU Mall.
