Beith Annexe - Hotel in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

I booked this hotel 9 days before check in.. i called the manager around 2 times for late check in enquiries but no one picked up the call.. when i got to the hotel around 9.30 pm on the day of checking the hotel was closed. again I called the manager then he said they are closed for the week due to some technical problem and i can cancel the hotel and book another hotel. but by that time my refund period was gone. After a very long argument they provided a room in their other hotel around 10.30 pm.

I had booked this hotel to attend a conference for two days. The rooms are good and there are plenty of them. Since it is in remote locality, we may find it difficult to trace the building. They have the reception in the main hotel and this building is little bit far from the main hotel because there is a railway track. The place is quiet and clean. We may have to walk till the Kalamessary market to have the food. The place was worth the price. I used this place for resting and sleeping after attending the conference. We have to visit the main hotel to get check-in and then they drive us to this place.

its a great stay within the budget. clean and neat room, lift access, restaurant on down floor, very near by access of metro and so on. great stay by them. loved it.

Was best experience with friends . If you are looking for budget friendly high quality rooms, this is the best choice. Bathroom is comparatively small but hygiene enough. Couples friendly.

actually i travelled during lockdown time so the arrange the stay on their another property near cochin University.. am really surprised the facilities in the property was awesome. amazing room, very polite and friendly staff, clean and hygienic rooms. i will definitely book that hotel next time..awesome room, clean and neat washroom,feels like a luxury room.

Good stay here.. good room, AC , kettle available in the room so that you can make tea or coffee with the tea/coffee bags and sugar and milk provided in the room.. bath room has some problems that you may not be able to identify which tap gives hot water and which one normal water, other wise good toilet and bath. Iron box is also provided so that if you have to go for a party or interview you can iron your clothes. no space for parking and no restaurant is the negative.

Good stay... Room and bathroom are clean and neat........ Staff are good.....very easy to find the location... Very happy to stay

Booked Two rooms, actually the annex is some 300 mts away from the main hotel,. Rooms were neat air conditioned and had all the basic amenities. Metro station is merely 5 min walk. Only downside is there is no dedicated parking space. You'll have to park on the side of the road.
