I joined shardha's yoga studio by the reference from my sister. I was a bit skeptical initially since the class was online, I wasn't sure how it would work out. My skepticism turned out to be completely false. Though the classes were online, I got a feeling that I was attending the classes in person. Shradda did a very good job here. She pays attention to details of the asanas she is teaching and corrects it and doesn't let go until we get the asana right all via video chat. Hats off to her dedication. The best thing about her is that, she personalizes the flow based on her students requirements. She is very friendly and makes us feel very comfortable during the class.
I was beginner when I had joined. I joined just for fun. But later Sharadha made me realise how much fun yoga can be. She will make you do the moves effortlessly and you will be glad to see the postive results over a period of time. So much positive aura. Kudos to Sharadha
