Food delivered is cold as if served from fridge, definetly not cooked today...
This is not acceptable for the price they charge.
These guys don't use a delivery partner, they pseudo deliver the order by their own after 2 to 3 hours.
I don't understand why Zomato encourages such restaurants only for placing orders.
PS: If you wanna starve your family kindly order from this restaurant.

Taste wise and quantity is really good, but extremely disappointed with the delivery. They cancelled the order after accepting the booking online on their website, stating it is more than 6 KM, but the way it was handled was extremely poor.
The kitchen person called if I could pickup mid way, but due to poor network at their end, the call got disconnected and no call back received. I waited and tried calling back but being no incoming call centre number, couldn't reach them. Tried online support, after 20 minutes of waiting only got a feedback from them that it cancelled.
In between, being hungry and unable to wait, went to the kitchen and had to reorder, as they cancelled without information.
At the restaurant they handled reasonably well.
Choco Lava cake was like eating beetroot cake without chocolate, but pastries and veg biryani with veg kabab was really satisfying
Placed an order on Swiggy and it took more that 2Hours for them to prepare the food and another half hour to deliver. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times but there was no answer. Such a disgusting service. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. I believe the normal restaurants are far far better than these fellows
One of the waste Biryani i never tasted... After having food I was hospitalized.... I wish never no should try this biryani.really I had a bad experience.

The dishes are delicious. Everything on menu are finger licking good. The best sharwarma I ever had. Keema roti and tandoor items are out of the world. Must try. Would rate 10/10
