One of my favourite Biryani Chain ,loved their Biryani in Delhi and Dubai,tried first time in Gandhinagar today and was good too,but not up to the level,packing was not good,Gulab jamun was not packed properly,its syrup was spilled inside the box.
Taste wise little disappointed,spice was missing little bit.
Still till now my best Biryani in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar.
Getting bad and arrogant with each passing day. Recieved less items than what was ordered and when the concern was raised with the restaurant Behrouz biryani they didn't even bother to check and simply said our packaging is correct. I had even sent them photographs but still the denial and arrogance. Biryani was only marinated rice without chicken! Bad experience.
Repeated spilled and foul delivery. Whenever there's an offer, they usually reuse and reheat old ingredients and food. Several times I have received Biryani with just rice inside the box or with very less ingredients other than rice. The quality of food is also extremely inconsistent and the customer support is very bad at this outlet.
Bad foods.plz do not buy anything from there.i met with food poison and I am unable to walk also.
Absolutely loved the packaging and the presentation is amazing...but it is about the food and sadly the biryani was slightly lackluster.
Not as delightful to taste as I thought it to be.
Getting poor day by day post lockdown thier flavours and quality is impacted.
Not recommended as it might spoil your party as rice and spices are not fresh.
Very Pathetic experience. Whomsoever is reading this reveiw, please don't waste your money on Behrouz Biryani Gandhi Nagar. They are just awful and food is very poor quality.
