It's just a month since I joined befit and I can't thank enough the change my trainer Anand V karyattu has brought in my lifestyle. The gym opens at 5.30 am to 12 and 5 to 10. It has a clean changing room and toilet facilities. I am a beginner and my trainer has been there my side throughout the whole session guiding me and pushing my limits. Located near alakapuri, it's easy to park and convenient for people at kakkanad. If you're from or near to Kakkanad, i would recommend befit.

Really a great gym with experienced trainers who helps us to change a lot. Personally the trainer called Joe john really helped me in sessions.

I started doing workouts in BeFit gym from Jan onwards. The equipment and workout regime is very good in my opinion. The instructors Jinu and Joe are very helpful. Jinu gives me correct guidance and he clears all my doubts without any hesitation. I recommend this GYM for all those who wanted normal workouts

I started my fitness journey in Befit just about 2 months back. Its a well equipped gym to start off with. I'm already so contented with my transformation. I'm grateful to my personal trainer(Joe) for his amazing efforts. He's quite knowledgable, been very patient and cooperative throughout.

I've joined this Gym two months ago, based on my experience, i would like to say that it's awesome. I've transformed little bit as much as two month of training. Supportive trainers, who have very good knowledge of fitness and bodybuilding. 100% recommendable I just love it.
