Stayed here for quite sometime.. it's a great place to stay.. the apartment is furnished and air conditioned.. its a bit into the road.. but it's worth the money also

We were a group of a couple and 3 other friends. From the time we entered, they were rude to us because there were 1 girl and 4 guys. There was no mention of any such restrictions on their policies listed in Booking.com and they kept asking if we were married. We wouldn't have gone there if it was written in the policy somewhere. They made us cancel the booking and pay them directly. While checking out we raised this as a concern and that we were offended by the way they spoke to us. This lead to them yelling at us and speaking to us in a derogatory manner. Hence, if you are someone who is not as conservative as the owners of this place, or are someone who doesn't like to get yelled at, please avoid this place.

Extremely rude behaviour from the owner/caretaker lady. They were hostile from the time we arrived. Kept questioning if we were married and when we checked out, she yelled at us for asking them to mention it in the policies if they do not want unmarried couples. Horrible experience and avoid this place at any cost. PS: It was harrassment when they kept saying that they wouldn't have allowed 1 girl and 4 guys. But they didn't say that until we made the payment the next day. We wouldn't have stayed there if they had mentioned it when we arrived. Please avoid this place if you don't like to be yelled at.

I recently rented out 3 appartments for a friends marriage function. The property was good, clean and was inside the city. But the experience there was terrible due to the caretaker guy, who was a retired cop or something. He was rude to us from the beginning, was behaving as if we borrowed money from him and never returned. The fellow was yelling a lot and was rude to us. The fellow's actions ruined the whole wedding vibe and caused ruckus all the time. A polite caretaker would do wonders for such a good place.

From the time we arrived to Beersheba apartment we were treated like their own family . Anytime sandhya (houseowner) and Robert were there to assist us anything we required. We had such a wonderful 13 nights experience with them. We felt like our own home with very much spaces for us. House was fully equipped with all facilities like hot water , free WiFi, AC,TV, washing machine and all kitchen utilities. The apartment was very new and very clean. Every now and then the house maids come to clean the apartment and bed linens were changed every two days. Raji also check our status , even though he was out of country. We would highly recommend this place if you are willing to go Trivandrum for any purpose . Grocery shops and hospitals were close by. Uber's and autos were easily accessible. We will come back.

We stayed here for 2 nights with small kids. Seemless checkin and checkout process. A very well maintained flat. Clean and comfortable. Sandhya was great in guiding us for all our small needs. Needless to say, we will choose this place whenever we visit next. Thanks.

Had a dreadful experience. The staff doesn't even know to behave to a client. Edit: Replying to your comment ( attaching screenshot of the same) Proof of our booking is attached, in which you have mentioned as 3 apartments, how could you say we have booked for 2 persons and 30 people showed up? You have clearly mentioned 400 extra per person and was agreed up on to accommodate. Regarding the check in time, we did'n book it online, because of our early check in constrain, can you show any proof for the 11 am check in you are mentioning? It is very saddening to see such comments from some one who is in the service industry, hope this will be useful to some one. And would never fall in your trap, who would resell a booked room for such short term gains.

excellent apartment for marriage group .We took three apartments . Each apartmet can stay 8 person and we stayed 24 person . Good value for money and good for group of people like marriage function etc . We recommend this new posh and very clean apartment . There is a elevator to go to first and second floor .
