He kept on giving really useful inputs and guidance to overcome the extreme weather at various locations in Sikkim. An expert in driving in Sikkim's rough Himalayan terrain. I and my family recently booked the taxi services provided by Beeranbaan Tours & Travels for our entire 5 day trip to Gangtok. This turned out be the best trips we have had thus far. This was all possible because of the excellant driving skills of our driver John who took care of us like family. He is extremely good natured, humble, polite, and patient. Since the monsoon had arrived early in Sikkim we were concerned about the risks involved while driving on the hilly roads. But with John behind the steering wheel it quickly felt that we could sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful view. We were travelling with my 76 year old grandmother and she didn't complain once. John went out of the way to take special care of my grandmother and treated her like his own mother. It was a very smooth and hassle free trip. Utsav sir was available at all times and was very kind and patient with us. He and John helped us plan our itinerary really well and even helped us with acquiring the permits for Baba Mandir and Nathula Pass with ease, and all of this at very fair charges. We had a great time and would definitely recommend Beeranbaan to all friends and family travelling to Sikkim.

Had a wonderful experience with Beeranbaan, the arrangements at the beautiful homestay were absolutely amazing. It felt like we were staying at home and our guide Mr. Utsav who accompanied was very friendly and patient ( as we had a small child of 4 yrs in our group ) . we absolutely loved the trip , Thanks to the great arrangements and the meticulous planning , we were able to cover all the spots in the itenary. Roshan accompanied us from Gangtok - Lachen - Lachung - Gangtok and during this journey we visited the Gurudongmar Lake, Yumthang Valley and zero point. The car was in an excellent condition. Roshan was very accommodating with all our requests and he would also recommend some offbeat places to visit. He was always on time and also kind enough to drive us to the medical store in a different city due to an emergency. Overall, it was a memorable experience and a wonderful journey with his service.
