The cave is very unique. We had to trek for around 45 minutes. We visited it while coming back from Pawna lake. It was a sunny day so the trekking was really difficult . There were around 400 steps. The stairs were in good condition. So the walking did not take much effort but due to the sun it was tiring. Never forget to carrywater. But once you reach the cake , it's very soothing. You can rest there. Coming down did not take much time. However the area is not very big. Just a one time visit spot

Such a quiet and peaceful place. I hope the public will maintain its calmness and peacefulness. It's very clean and plastic free area. If you are visiting this place please try to maintain cleanliness and don't talk louder and don't shout. Maintain silence to enjoy the real feel of this place.

Nice location, lap of mountain, peacocks Are near by, nice steps till Gate on the top , 1.5 hr from Pune, Half day spend is worth in monsoon season. Around 15 min to reach to the Gate of caves. Good for short time visit.

Made in 2-3 century BC, this is on top of a hill. Approx 200-300 Steps are carved out to go till this Cave. Beautiful place to visit with family and with kids to show them about the history and ancient civilization culture. Very scenic place full of nature, beauty and variety of birds. Comparatively less crowded place in the Kamshet/Lonavala area. This place is also close to Pawna Dam.

Great place for a short hike. Don't trust Google Maps to travel to this place. Little tricky to reach hence ask people on the way when you are getting off the main road. Timing is strictly 9am to 5 pm hence be mindful to avoid disappointment. Note:- Please like the review if the information is found useful

Great place and it's unexplored so there were hardly 10-12 people on Sunday....great surroundings and there are 2-3 waterfalls midway where you can enjoy and chill....also there are waterfalls at distance as well on the road which you can enjoy while driving

Superb architecture and sculptures. Must visit if you are around Lonavala. Such historical jewels are rarely visited by the mainstream public. this is our Indian heritage, we shall preserve it

Visiting Bedse Caves near Lonavla, especially during the monsoon season, is an amazing experience. The sight of water cascading down the mountains is truly breathtaking. Here are a few things to keep in mind when planning your trip: If you're traveling from Pune, it's best to take the old highway. The last 1.5 km of the road can be challenging, as it is narrow and only one car can pass at a time. You may need to reverse your car to allow oncoming traffic to pass safely. During the rainy season, be sure to bring a raincoat and wear shoes with good traction.
