One of the worst hospital in Amritsar. Staff members including doctors and ward helper are very lazy and rude. Not doing there work. They treating the patient like uneducated person even though they are educated. I request to management take a strict action against these type of staff. Daily take a round and ask the patient about any complaint.

Very very very bad hospital in the district. Never take a chance to deliver your baby there. There is no sign of cleaning in hospital. Cockroach and mosquito fly all around. You don't find a single drop of drinking water there. Main gynaecologist and staff nurses talking so rude to the patient. Two pregnant lady lays on a single bed. Nurses talking so rude while checking the patient and to their attendant. My experience is worst there so i go to a private hospital in this week. Govt need to remove the bad staff and pay attention to hospital cleaning. But in present time if you afford a private hospital my hard suggestions that never go their for delivery on any other service.Shame on hospital staff to harras poor people and loot them by force them to purchase medicine and lab test from outside shops.

Apparently nursing staff there is hired to get paid but not to perform their duties because work is expected to be done by patients support people/relatives such as put Urinary Catheters in, to empty urinary bags and so on. On top of it.staff shows no empathy but rather abrupt and rude behaviour is shown quite often, no proper explanation of procedure is given is to a woman so shes informed what to expect... this need to be looked at...its is expected that staff has more clear communication, compassion be bit more kind towards their patients/support people.

Doctors and staff are react like that they all are owner Of this Hospital. 2 months gone but still staff saying come again next week. When tried to complain Principal he said meet the doctor. My personally advise to Punjab Govt. Convert into privatization or on Contract base and reduce the Salary. They all will work properly. If all poor families are able to take well treatment. Then I think single one visit there. Finally we take treatment from Private hospital. So I recommended to everyone pls pls pls don't visit there. There is nothing without time waste.

Doctors treat good but toilets are too dirty. But may be we are responsible because some patients through there medical waste in toilet which make them blocked. So I have to go out side rent a room then relax cost me 500 a day because they charge for a day.

Rudy staff and dirty hospital as hygiene is most imp. For patients but still there is no facility for anyone except doctors nd staff .... And they don't even check emergency case on preority bases firstly they will finish there ph calls then paper work then thing abt the patients that mrng 11:30 am vala patiens 8pm attent kia hai to 11 pm vale ko jldi kese dekhu ... Give some time i will cmplt all my paper work then only i will check ur emerngency case .... On time we shifted our patient to private hospital bcoz she is in critical situation .... Worst experience .... Even i don't wants to give 1 star to them...

There is no facility available for the families of the patient because toilets are so dirty and no restrooms are available there. Families have to sleep outside on the dirtiest floor with the company of the insects on you at night. Even so qualified doctors are also don't know how to speak with someone.
