Very poor customer service. A man who stand at the entrance trear customers like beggers. We had a wedding purchase, but due to his bad behaviour we left .
Very bad experience as i purchased a dress yesterday and when we checked after reaching home it was damaged and we returned it today but they were not ready to return the product they r telling they will alter and give ok we agreed but after altering also the same complaint then also they are not ready to take it back

Very poor customer service, cash counter is not systematic, the person standing in the entrance with a slandered mind (seems manager) must learn how to behave to the customers... I will never visit this shop again in my life because of this third-rate person.. I would like to share the incident incurred over there. First of all, I should say that all the clothes are pulled and thrown in a mess inside the shop. The second thing to say is the worst experience when I took the clothes and went to the cash counter. Only one person handles twenty customers at the cash counter at a time. Without Queue, the system does not prioritize those who stand to pay first.When I asked why this is not systematic, the behaviour of the person who appeared to be the manager standing at the entrance of the shop was disappointing. I approached for solving the problem but was treated like a person who went to get clothes as donation.Totally unexpected approach bad behaviour which made me to leave the purchase of 2100 rupees at that moment and buy better clothes at the nearby Y mall. No one should experience this...
