Best Shopping mall In Chavakkad.Had a great experience shopping here. Shopped for an outfit for a wedding, my cousins loved what I purchased and we ended up going again to purchase for them. Great collection at an affordable price. Prime location. Easy access. Free parking in front of the outlet. Wide variety of clothings. Facility is in 3 different floors with tremendous collections. Reasonable pricing. Recommended !!

I'm writing this review after having a horrible experience in this shop... To be honest I never felt this way in any shop in chavakkad.. The staffs are not trained to show what we need...they will show the same item again and again saying this is good....its like they are forcing to buy what we don't like... Such a careless staffs and horrible collection....i have searched dresses for my 9 month baby and not even one good dress I found.... Then I checked on ladies collection and it was even horrible...sucha pathetic service and collection...... Collection of dresses in each section-- 0/100 Staff knowledge and behaviour -- 0/100

The staff here does not want to show the materials to us. They will show one or two materials and that is it. They may be bothered about the time they make to place ot back in their counter. They will give excuses for any other collections or models we ask for. When we tell them we do not want to buy now, they force us like anything.

I had a very horrible experience with the staff. The staff here is not professional at all. They doesn't even bother to display anything. All they do this talk with each other. They don't even care about customer service. Consider giving the staff some proper training on customer service or stuff. Worst experience ever.

every time i visited, i have a horrible time with the sales man and sales girls. Either they are not ready to show the collections or they compel us to buy what we don't like or what we don't want, or they will redirect us to wrong things, or they will simply say the item we are in search for is outdated and make us old fashioned. If we show them any picture of the item we are in search as per their request, they would say everything in internet is not available there. I don't understand whether they are trained to deal with their customers politely or rudely. Sometimes they show us the attitude that "we are least bothered about your tastes and purchases. even if you don't buy, we will have the sales of this"
