Review crux - If you have huge money to spend then it's fine..else try your local vendors. This review is for the basement store - They have really good collections, but if you know what you want you can buy from the ambala wholesale market from there you will get things on 60%discount, so if you are shopping from ambala and want to buy some artificial jewellery, i recommend to pund from ambala market.. There are so many shops around "pandit ji smose* wale you can search there and save 3-4k rs. They place their own tag and raise the price, yes they are selling in showroom but the prices are two high

Not value for money if you buy non-branded items from here as they charge more for similar locally available items and you can never be sure of quality even if you pay a higher price. For branded items like cosmetics, the discount is quite less compared to many options available nowadays (online or brand store itself). Yes, they do have a good collection and fine staff and would recommend if price is not a concern.

Very bad experience.....cosmetic section manager showed very arrogant attitude towards prime customers....the product finalized and purchased was not same when opened at home....be careful ....while buying anything from here ....they don't even cooperate......infact rude and loud when shared the problem ........ Big No for such places

This review is for the basement jewellery section, as I have visited only that. Gave me 70% broken glass bangles with my bangle set. Staff has no sense how to talk to customers. Rude behaviour. The salesmen kept talking among themselves in Gujrati while I was trying to communicate my choice with them. Unwilling to show bangles... the guy picked the design himself and didn't bother showing or asking what I needed. Prices are too expensive compared to everywhere else. They keep changing the tags of the jewellery. Something sus going on with their billing. However, the handbags section is really good and the staff there was beyond professional and helpful. There were others at various counters who were helpful.
