I went for a hair oil massage on Dec 1st'23. Arya was fantastic and did a great job. Salon was really clean and their customer service is top notch.

IF YOU ARE EVER PARTICIPATING FOR A FANCY DRESS COMPETITION, GO FOR A HAIRCUT / Other services FROM HERE. Trust me its that bad. NOTE: if you value your money, kindly read below. Went there at 6:30pm May 29,2023. I wanted to get a haircut done. Alongside other services like, hair coloring and cutting were opted by my wife. Though they have given us 200rs discount on the overall bill of 2450rs, I now feel like i shouldn't have gone there. I have never had such a worst haircut in my entire life. The Barber (The north Indian dude was in a hurry to go home) started with applying Gel on my head before cutting it. I mean who does that!!.. How would you know the freaking length on a curly hair?? Mid portion of my hair is cut in 2cm length and sides with 7cm to which i then was looking like an alien . Had to get it redone (trimming the entire hair in 2cm length) from a local nearby salon right after getting done from here. The barber close by, did it really well and was way cheaper. For the services opted by my wife, haircut was not at all nice and coloring was not up to the mark and was not done well. Both of us were in absolute disappointment after the services opted. The only thing entertaining was the loud GOSSIPS from the Malayali female employees there.. They were so loud like those nosy village neighbor aunties.

Visited the saloon for the first time after seeing their online reviews. The staffs were very polite and the service was excellent. One of the best unisex saloon in kannur.

They have great services and the staff are excellent at their work. Highly recommended.

This review is because of the kind of behaviour that we have received from the manipuri female employee who said her name was "APARNA SUDHIR" the MANIPURI RECEPTIONIST after the services and after posting a review. I opted for haircut and 4 layer highlight for which they gave me only 200 rupees discount after a lot of bargaining. Post services my hair was fine for a day but later I realised the color was not done very well as I washed my hair and the entire color came out. Haircut was average but everything else was not at all good. My husband had the worst haircut EVER as it was completely uneven and they did not know how to cut curly hair, as a result he had to shave off his hair. Despite of everything I didn not post a review but my husband was frustrated with the services hence he posted a review. To which, the above mentioned employee called us and told we are "shameless" to post a negetive review after us giving you 200rs discount on the overall amount of 2450rs!!. SORRY TO SAY TRUTH HURTS. SO DOES YOUR SERVICE. NOTE TO THE OWNER: if you have asked the employee to contact the customer asking for the feedbacks, kindly ask them to behave well. You are in the service industry. Customers openion post services matters. The sooner you realise and keep the right set of employees to do the work, the better it is for your business. We are ready to pay the 200rs discount that was given.. what can you do to compensate the lost time, money and respect??

This is my second review and I wouldn't have posted this review if the Manipuri female employee who said on call her name was "APARNA SUDIP" (which I believe is a fake name) hadn't called in my number and misbehaved in vulgar language and used abusive words, regarding the 1st review that I posted. As a consumer I have the right to post about my experience. If you value your money, and would like to visit a place where they treat you good with respect, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!
