I went to the Thiruvalla branch and I loved it. I did face waxing where Peppa offered an outstanding service. She was very proficient and understanding. I'd love to visit again. The rates are pretty reasonable. It's a comfy clean place too.

I got keratin treatment and haircut from here. It was very professional and quick work. With excellent results. They guided me according to my hair texture and quality too. Especially want to mention the excellent work by Israel, whose work and manners were both exemplary. Definitely recommend for others too.
Despite being from Mumbai and not knowing anything about make up artists in Thiruvalla, Kerala, I took a huge leap of faith with Christeena maam for both my functions, engagement and wedding. She professionally ensured both my looks and it was just what I wanted. Natural nude style make up and for hairstyles, she did everything I asked her! It was truly magical! For my engagement, wedding and reception, maam and her team made it a point to not just make me look amazing but also feel amazing about myself! Very sweet and accommodating! We also got make up and hair for our guests done and it was all extremely gorgeous! Thank you chechi! You are amazing Highly recommend her for anyone with little to no experience about what to do for your wedding. She is the right person for you!
Pros: Good service received from Sameer. The receptionist was also welcoming.
Cons : The shop needs some decent amount of revamp as everything looks old.
The salon staff needs to take a bath everyday and use a good perfume (you know what I mean)
Advice to all: If you are ready to spend money then I strongly suggest Toni & Guy.
Came for Hair spa and haircut. Special mention to Mohit for the amazing haircut (did a layer). My hair looked awesome after setting. Also special mention to Peppe, did an amazing hair spa. Feeling uber relaxed. Thankyou Beautels!

Israel Lama helped me in consulting my hair condition and I needed a Botox hair treatment as my hair was extremely dry and damaged. This was my first ever Botox hair treatment experience and the result was just amazing .
