No refund , worst customer service, rude behaviour, no proper talking manner , no proper training, foul making scheme, worst experience ever I suggest to find some other rather than this don't go because it cost low . Hope U get this review

In this gym, people do not have any skills to communicate.Especially for the sisters, it is not like going here.Bad words are spoken too much.And at the same time there is no team time of any kind. It is very good gym but personally I suffered not so good with management.Before lockdown , while joing I was told that timing is till 10 PM and it was okay for me as i free around 8.30 at night.Suddenly in feb, they called me around 7 pm and said now timing is till 9 pm !! I said i want to queet and refund me and they agreed too but after 15 days they again said that now timing till 10 pm.My 15 days wasted then. After lockdown they firstly said, you will not get extension (I paid for 6 months and I only get service of 3 months-means 3 months service is dissolved) and i requested to find some middle way. After two days they again called and said pay 4000 and If you want to get extension of 6 months then you have to pay only in just "2 days". How can anyone from middle class man has a spare budget of 4000 in middle of month !! Gym and equipments are good but management is very poor .

The gym with all essential equipments with good trainers. If one find it near by then he should join this gym as you won't find better than this one. This gym is only for male so please avoid if you are female.
