Its in the center of Shimoga which has many shops only in two floors. No elevators. Parking available and well maintained. Ample space to sit outside. Crowded during weekends.
The mall is located at the centre of the city & varieties of shops present inside it. It's very neat & clean well maintained. The surroundings are kept very clean.
Situated at the city centre. Good place to chill out on weekends. Best for kids. Play arena have many games for kids. Good food outlets are there for a quick bite. Other trendy showrooms are also there for shopping. Spar market is there for FMCGs.

The happening big fat mall in the middle of the city. Located at the center of the city, this mall offers almost the same kind of shops and price tag as a mall in a metro city. There is a super market inside (SPAR) and the other regulars like, Max, Reliance, Coffee Day, Dominos, VIP, Woodland, Bata, Jockey, a Liquor shop, Multiplex cinema hall, ample parking with car wash. A lot of areas to improve when compared to malls in metro cities but its not bad! so far so good!
Great place to roam around and chill in Shimoga. You can shop here. Eat Domino's, have coffee in CCD, baskin robin you can take here. Movies theatre is also available.

Nicely maintained and Very responsive staff's, Most of the Brand shops are available. Totally wonderful experience.
Best place to shop branded items in one place.parking fee rs 20 for two hours. Woodland and bata show room offers good exhibition of shows but no discounts. SPAR is the main attraction for buyers
