This gym is really good..in Kottayam.I was trying to lose weight for a long time but I was not losing weight.. Then I joined Beans Ladies Club gym. I lost 5 kg in 2 months. I am very happy. This gym is very good. The trainers here are very knowledgeable, are of very friendly nature, do exercise( cardio & weight training) very well, pay a lot of attention, and also pay full attention to diet, diet is also very convenient, weight also checks properly..

I am a member of this gym .One of the best gyms in Kottayam,for ladies.Instructors are really professional and give personal attention to each and everyone.They remove all monotony in doing exercise and provide enthusiasm and a positive vibe.Gym is properly equipped and well maintained.Needy members will also avail specific diet plans according to their body nature or health conditions. Overall gym atmosphere is very positive.
Beans has been awsome to me. Being a foodie and Hostelite, I was really concerned about my weight. But this gym helped me to reduce around 8kg only through workout and without any diet. I realised it's our effort also matters. I train here about 4-5 times a week and I really like how the trainers give me tips to get the most out of every workout. By far I had a great experience.
