It's okk Nice location Good to spend a night with group of people. Only 1 washroom inside the house. Kitchen equipments not clean. It's near to beach but it's a fishing beach. You can't take bath in that beach.

The property is very near to the beach which has made our trip memorable. Stay in the property felt like staying in PY as a local resident. The concierge/owner overlooked the arrangements and was approachable. Thanks for making us "Feel Home" alike in the caption of the property.

First of all it is an overpriced place. 5000 per night is too much for this place. There are far better properties for much lesser price if you drive down few metres down the road. Looks like the place hasn't been used for a long time and that could be the reason for the sump motor being dysfunctional in the morning.On top it the water from the tap was also dripping inch by inch only to add to our problems. This completely delayed our plans.The place was also not maintained properly and the terrace was in a shabby condition. We regret staying at this place and will not recommend it to anyone. Definitely we didn't feel at home as the name suggests.

It's a very relaxing and peaceful location to stay. The beach was only few minutes walk away. The rooms had air conditioning, which was a plus. A suggestion would be to improve the water supply to the outside toilet. Rest all were gooood ! Great place :)

Extremely clean beach with almost no crowd. Few local villagers even offer boat ride into sea. Basically there are no shops near beach so no food or water available but I feel this is the best about this place. Only caution which should be insured that because beach guards are not deployed and water waves are very high persons not having safety gears with them or don't know swimming.

Nice Time with Beach Waves home stay. Mr. Venkatesh is nice person and arrangements are awesome. With family or group enjoyable property, location in the hands of Bay of Bengal. Aminities an rooms are awesome in affordable cost. Thanks to Mr. Venkat and team

Decent place. 650rs per head. Two rooms. Very near to beach. Can take a swim in the beach as well(at your own risk). Hot water, AC available. But no proper hotels to eat nearby.

Place is near to beach. It's says 2bhk while booking. Yes, It has 2 bedrooms but only 1 common bathroom attached to both bedrooms. Can't say it's excellent place to stay but it's decent enough for couple of days.
