Beach View Holiday Home - Guest house in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

One of the best holiday home in Visakhapatnam city of Andhra Pradesh.Located in RK Beach. We stayed there for three days in November 2023. We booked three rooms. Kitchen and dining room was also used by us . Spencer is just one minute away from the house. Air conditioner and geyser was working properly. But they should maintain the quality properly.

My stay here was very beautiful. We took the best room with the sea view. The room was clean and spacious, room service was great, the bangali thali was absolutely great. And it is located at probably the best possible location. The price was 4k per night but it is totally worth it, given the cleanliness, spaciousness, the location, the absolutely stunning view (you open the door or remove the curtains and you see the sea right in front of you from the fourth floor) , and the service we received. My suggestion: book room 1, that's the only one worth staying. The others may be damp and not so pretty. Ours was room 1. Also, do not go for the APTDC hotel because that one is very far from the beach. It is near Kailashgiri, the mountain.

Very bad experience. Never recommended. I am giving 1* as we can't rate less than that. I booked hotel beach view Vizag 3 months before my honeymoon(Aug 2022). On the check-in date they shifted us to a different floor(4th) without informing us that it was a different hotel. The rooms were different ,AC was not working. Rooms was filled with bugs and cockroaches even beds were having insects. This is how beach view owner Suresh Kutti successfully ruined my honeymoon. We complained him about the same. still he charged the whole amount of money (which was for a delux room but we got a chapri room). When we denied to pay full amount then he threatened us that he will not let us check out from hotel.

A great place to stay with everything reachable and walk able. A well maintained, hygienic place with super good service. Mr Suresh manages this service apartment really well and ensures its clean at all times. Food is cooked here only so hot meals are served as ordered. The beach facing view is simply superb with the sound of the waves and view being a great part of the experience.

My stay at this beach cottage was horrible.. First of all this beach cottage is at the besr place on R K beach.. But its very poorly maintained.. The price for the property is too high for what u r getting. We ordered lunch which was costly for what they serve.. The chicken was stale.. They only even provided proper water in room. The caretaker of property was looking like he is only there to sleep I had booked this property for 2 nights.. So whatever the minus points were there i was ignoring.. But when we returned to our room after exploring the beach in night.. That was the last strow.. There were Cockroaches on the Tv unit. We somehow managed to spend the night there.. But next day we checked out.. The very nicely place is managed very badly

Stayed in this property for 3 days. Things which I liked: 1. Clean and nice rooms. 2. Spacious. 3. Big bathroom. 4. Sea view from balcony. 5. Cashless payment available. 6. Caretaker is a bengali guy so easy to communicate. 7. You can bring foods from the outside and have it in the dining table. 8. You can also ask the caretaker to make food available in the menu chart. 9. Wifi available with good connection. Things I didn't liked: 1. We had kept a bottle of beer and half plate fried rice in the kitchen fridge which was stolen the next day. 2. No house keeping service. You have to get water on you own. There was a filter available in the dining area so one can get water anytime they want 3. The ac which we were provided was not acting like an AC rather a fan. The rooms costs us 2200 and we visited the place on June 2022.

Great experience staying there. Located, just a few step away from R. K. Beach. Sea visibility is superb from it's sea facing rooms. Staff behaviour & food is also too good. Feel like home experience. Owner Mr. Suresh Kutty is a nice person himself & very cordial in nature. My family & me really enjoyed Beach View Hotel.

Location is great. The hotel has two sea-facing rooms. We are eight .We were here for four nights ,stayed in a sea facing room, one standard room n one deluxe room.Deluxe room ws soooo good. I like it soooo much. But quite disappointed with the other two room beacuse of cleanliness .It is better to pay more attention to cleanliness. Otherwise great location , homely atmosphere , special thanx to Lakhsmi Akka suresh bhai for making delicious food. Owner Suresh babu 's behaviour is so polite.Hopefully in the coming days he will tidy up the hotel better
