Beach View Guest House - Guest house in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

The room price is higher.. We paid around 1500 per day and the service was very bad.. Rooms are not in good condition, more ever the service persons won't respond fast they neglect and in this place when I was taken a room the ac not working properly and the blanket are fully dusted. The rooms smells like dust and the infra was below average.. May be the beach view is good at outside and all this are negative

It's my humble request to everyone ... Please don't book rooms at this hotel.. I booked room from 27/9/23 to 30/9/23 Let me explain why I'm not suggesting this 1. I didn't get the room as expected... they have two sea facing room... fan wasn't working properly in one of them and another one was booked earlier. 2. The whole building contains smell of laterine. 3. Staffs are very rude except the lady manager ... even one of them was drunk on one night and was walking on our floor. 4. The windows are totally open there no iron made structures on the windows .... 5. The outdoor fan of the ac is set inside the washroom .. that means if you're taking ac room and you want to go washroom you have to turn off ac and then only you can go washroom. 5. Bedsheets are very dirty. 6. Staffs don't understand hindi or English. 7. Bugs are there in the bed. 8. Cctvs are not working/damaged. 9. We changed our room thrice .. bathtub is just a show off in room no 202. In our room there was no shower 10. On the rooftop you can enjoy the sea view by sitting in the broken wooden chairs. 11. No wifi, No breakfast or anything.. they charged 1700/day from me 12. Door locks are also damaged ... Not working properly It's not my suggestion, rather request please don't book rooms there. This hotel doesn't deserve even one .

Extremely very bad experience for this hotel. Hotel staff were very rude. When I was booked this hotel online, we paid for AC room but when we check-in, they provide me Non AC room. I was booked my room on 24.04.2023 at 3 PM. for 24.04.2023 09:00 AM to 25.04.2023 09:00 AM. I was reached hotel at 01:00 AM at night. I tried to call hotel staff for provide room till 1 hour. they was not replied to my call. Breakfast was very low quality, hotel was charged 400/- and provide only tea and 2 bread piece. I suggest to all, not booked any room in this hotel. If you are interested to tolerate, misbehaving and rude behaviour, then you will go to this hotel.

Don't stay here untill it's urgent/necessary bugs all-over Bed,hotel staff/owners are very rude with outsiders especially non Telugu speaking customers

Very poor service dirty guest house electricity problem, ventilation issue etc.

Pathetic experience during night. Overall look is good from outside but after night you cant sleep as there is lots of bugs in your bed. And the bengali receptionist will talk very politely with you during your booking. And they will took the payment in their own account and in the register they will show that you are staying for one day. And the money they are taking from you are not send to the owner.

Not too much to say apart from the location as it is just opposite to the beach. Try to book room no. 301 ( can cost 3000 -3500 /day *non ac offcourse*) which is on the top floor where u can stay with 4 -5 persons otherwise it will be utterly disappointment...all the rooms apart from 301 is too small to stay. check out time is 9 am. So if u have train at evening u have to pay extra bucks for smaller room which we got for 1000 rs. Lastly DONT expect any basic amenities like towel, soap, room cleaning, changing of bedsheets or even wi fi....because THEY DONT PROVIDE THAT..... just go, sleep and leave......

In one line you can say "Bug-bedded sea view zero-star hotel".
