Budget friendly neat and clean rooms. Good ambiance. Well maintained hotel.. staffs are very friendly and supportive. Highly recommended.

Cheap & best rooms. We were amazed with the price they offered and hence confused that the rooms maybe not clean. But the apartment is top class and staffs are so friendly. Sure I'll not even try another hotel next time when I'm in Kannur.

Working free wifi available. Drinking hot and cold water available. Hot water available in washrooms. Common area for reading and watching tv. Common dining area with coffee makers and hot/cold drinking water available.

Budget friendly Frndly staff Clean room but smaller room nd bathroom

One of the worst places..will not recommend it here at all.couple of my friends were here from Bangalore.I had called them( beach residency) they said rooms are available when they went there they said rules are changed so they can't give them rooms. If it was so they should have told us in call what's the point in calling in the place n denying. The receptionist was very rude they must learn how to speak and value others time. They don't deserve a single star too
