Beach Orchid - Hotel in Kollam - Kollam, India

The ambiance is so good. The view to the beach and sea is so nice. The rate of food is high quality is good but quantity is low. Monday to Friday there is happy hours we get 10% discounts on foods and beverages and 20% on alcohol.

It was a nightmare. I will not recomomd anyone to this hotel. Despite of the sea view, nothing is appreciable. They provided ne very poor service. No bell bay. Guest have to carry their own goods while check in check out. Water was muddy, there was no any interference from the reception, as there is no room boys to fox the problem. Literally there is no room service. The rate is very high comparing with service.

Horrible experience, I stayed there for 2 and a half night. First night, AC was not working in the allotted room, I raised a request my room was changed, this room also had the same problem, I ended up changing 4 rooms, n inspected 7 rooms. I ended up sleeping at 4 am. Staff was very courteous on first night n the manager even offered me complementary dinner the following day. Nothing happened second night, but on third night same problem, ac not working n this time staff was very un co-operative, no response from the staff every time same answer chiller has tripped, reception staff behaviour was very unpleasant. I packed my bag n left the hotel at 2.30am n did not pay for the third night. Checked in Leela Raviz. On top of this, I forgot my tab there, n when I asked them to return it, cover was torn as if for revenge. Please avoid staying there, services have gone pathetic, rude behavior of staff

Very disappointed. This is our third visit to this place and the worst ever. There was no valet parking...no one to carry our luggage to the room. The wifi wasn't working. Room service forgot our dinner order. The breakfast was miserable.For the kind of money they charge it was a disappointment

Went to have dinner. Ordered Sweet Corn Chicken Soup, Hot and Sour Chicken Soup, Potato Wedgies as starters. We ordered Phulka, Butter Naan, Chicken Fried rice, Subzi Biriyani, Prawns Masala and Chicken steak for the main course. Each and every one of them was delicious and good. Pistachio and Butterscotch was the dessert items. All good. Good customer service too. Recommended..

AC not working.. keys not working... below average breakfast buffet.. highly priced menu with avg food quality and low quantity.
