Beach Beat Resorts - Home Stay in Gokarna - Uttara Kannada, India

I went with some friends and we took 2 rooms on ground floor. My friend room was with many cockroaches. But staff were friendly and gave them a new room. Our room was nice. It is spacious and it is fine to price. Location bit too inside. But staff very nice they showed us way to beach, recommended hotels. One uncle is there he is very friendly and sweet.

advantage part is it is very lose to kudle beach, Mr Manjunath took care on our needs nicely, restaurant is available in front of the rooms itself, taste is also good. we were in Non AC room, bath room were big but living room is just sufficient for 2. OK [OK] rooms wrt quality and facility, hot water will be served to you based on usage as there were no Geysers.

this place there are snakes on the way, if you go out from room to the beach. the room service is worst. not a good bed. walls are dirty, no house keeping. we were cleaning our own room. dusting and cleaning daily. in these 5 days they did not even change our bedsheet, no gezer facility, no food facility. they are just making money not for customer satisfaction, the way between room and beach are really worst. there are lats of insects snake. not safe for anyone to go. my partner got leg fracture because of this. really worst experience. there are so many good property at this cost don't waste your money.

It's a very humble place to stay as a last resort. We travelled on a long holiday weekend and had no other place available to book. Rooms are average. Sheets and bed spreads are bad in shape and have multiple holes. Bathroom experience terrible. Water was not available for taking a bath Only reason for 2 is because host was courteous and nice. Very friendly and was accommodative to basic requests of extra towels, plates, etc.

Brilliant resort, great service. Value for money and always a good vibe. The food is very good as well, will definitely go there again. Beach is 2 mins walk away from their cafe, which was good. Kudle beach is best among all the beaches. Highly recommended .beach is just 100mts away. Parking is free but available 100 mts away from property open space with tree cover. Rooms are bit smaller but cleaner and hygienic Overall amazing experience ... The staff were amazing and humble , the beach is right there , we spent amazing time there ..would definitely recommend this resort for couples, group of friends and families..

Mr. Maruthi the care taker was very helpful. He takes at most care in helping you and guiding you on routes and beach. The resort is 2 mins walk from beach but the pathway is very ugly and also the rooms is not worth 2k that I paid on make mytrip. Its a paid parking of 100/- 24 hrs. Parking not worth a penny, as it is barren land of mud.

It is a decent home stay, the room I took had a double bed and one single bed. The room was clean enough. The bathroom was decent. One issue I faced the AC did not have a remote and was stuck at one temperature and the fan did not have a regulator and was stuck at one speed. Other than that it was fine.

Its located 5 minutes walk from Shivprasad paid parking. Friendly staff, they helped with our luggage from parking lot to hotel. Room was neat and spacious. Good thing is that it's very near to the beach. Very average room facilities even in the new building. Lots of improvement like curtains, tea table, small wash basin, no door handle, towel rod etc in washroom. To enjoy Gokarna, you must be fit, athletic as you have to walk/trek a lot everywhere, carry very less luggage to enjoy this little gem of India.
