I went for hair cut and eyebrows done. Eyebrows the person did well. Haircut experience was worst. I have asked her for layer cut keeping the length of my hair same. I literally neither see any layers, changes nor setting on my hair. After cut setting was done with paddle hair brush instead of rounded one. A girl younger than me was setting my hair and looked totally confuse. Later, she kept the drier aside and started setting my hair with straightener. Ridiculous. As always so much flattering about hair but no good work. No cleanliness. No safety norms. No one was wearing mask and due to small area no social distancing. No chair sanitizing once the customer leaves parlor. When I entered, there was no good space, floor was all with hair which have been cut to keep my feet on and on top of it we cannot enter parlor with footwear!! Seeing that it is difficult for me to keep a foot , they did not even bring the broom and cleaned it !!!Totally mess... No cleanliness and no co ordination. When I said eyebrows and haircut.. first thing we do is eyebrows because we need to lean backward on chair. If we first go for hair cut and then eyebrow that will ruin alll your settings which are made up. ! That's common sense! So this is unbelievable. All I want to say is I wont recommend this parlor for anything ! Hence I am giving 2 stars for eyebrows !
