Even though they are soft spoken, there service is pathetic to the absolute level and they are using customer ignorance. I opted for O3+ facial, but they intially tried to apply Cherlys product, as I had recognised even before applying, they apologised for their mistake and changed the kit. I thought it would have been a inadvertent mistake and accepted their apologies. They had send some loose packages of 03+ facial kit products and as I don't know much about facial, I got my facial done without much further questioning. Upon reaching home I had done a little research about 03+ facial which I opted for, this contains a 10 step procedure, but they had done only 5 steps. I realised that even though they didn't have completed kit with them, they tried to hold coustomer because they thought no one will recognise. One start which I gave is for their hair cut and beard trim which is Ok. Please never opt for any specific facial in this salon. If at all you are left with no option other than going to this salon, please go for general services like hair cut, beard trim, manicure and pedicure. My sister also got done services like waxing and eyebrows which are pathetic.

The way these people talk to their customers to get things done, makes the customers feel so insecure about oneself.It's coming not just from my personal experience ...many of my friends have faced the same problem.If you want to suggest something do it politely,without having to make people feel miserable and pathetic.The hair cuts we've opted and and the outcome you've given are also different.Experienced it twice.Though they turned out to be ok ,still they don't really follow what we say..might be due to language barrier,which you should focus more on.I probably won't suggest this to anyone.

Be You Family Salon helped me alott with my hair and skin problem..Mrs Revathi is very focus on her clients, looking good, friendly nd lovable nature..she personally attends you to give you the necessary treatment and make up whatever needed..she keeps up with the latest styles in market especially the Facial, Haircut and spa to help us having a better skin nd trendy look..Thank youu soo much Revathi for ur patience nd lovable Hospitality
