Had an excellent experience. My brother was admitted for a surgery. The doctors, nurses, and all the staff members were highly responsive and attentive. The surgery was carefully planned and executed with precision. Their professionalism and dedication made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care and would highly recommend this medical facility to others. Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding support and expertise.

I use to buy medicines from Be well hospital pharmacy. Be well pharmacy Team are very good in giving medicines on time. They will asking each and every thing very politely and calm and they will give medicines as per our need. I want to say special thanks to "Vishnu" who is working in pharmacy. He will give medicines on time without delaying. If medicines is not there , he will ask number and medicine details, and he will call once medicines is available and give the medicine. This is the first time I'm hearing about this hospital. Really a good one. Located at the heart of Chennai T Nagar. Admitted my mother for her left leg surgery. Doctor was kind enough and courteous enough to hear our points. The room provided post surgery was a good one with a bed for attender of patient. Only concern is non availability of good vegetarian restaurants and coffee shops nea the hospital. Hassle free chech in and check out Else everything is fine. Hat's off

Overall experience was good. Male attenders were not there on time for help. Sister Dharanya was helpful throughout the stay. All cleaners n housekeeping were really helpful

Putting this review since the management is particular about reviews and is compelling their staff to get all patients to drop a review failing which they will get pulled up for poor performance. Very good! The doctor (Santhosh Jacob) is quite good and practical about things. The procedure went well. The nurses, attendants, and support staff were decent and helpful. The management though is incompetent, lacks accountability, and avoids taking responsibility. In contrary to their "values" put up in their hospital. Managed to screw up insurance claims, thanks to poor communication, not providing clear details, and lack of transparency. And can't seem to hold anyone accountable for this. So we shall suffer, thank you very much! Best was an individual in the corp office who signalled to his colleague to refrain from answering or taking questions. Top efforts for washing your hands off it, sir!

I admitted at Be well Hospital for well planned Gall Bladder laparoscopy surgery which is done by Dr. Raghumani also is bit complication case but at the end operation went good and feel okay. I thank to all nursing staff provided almost Caring at the time of severe pain time especially melvin, mohana nurses and others.. Other few things, Initially some minor issues face in house keeping like AC water leakage, TV not working due to rainy season later quickly resolved.. Lastly, I specially thank for Be well hospital people manivanan, Dr Gautam given timely assistance and provided good services and all the best for future..

I had a very comfortable experience . The staff were really hospitable and very kind. The rooms were neat and clean and frequently cleaned. The doctors are also very nice. The best part were the nurses who frequently checked on the patients and were very hospitable. Overall an amazing experience.

In an increasingly connected world where everyone's opinion is important. I'm Thilak Mathew John - underwent surgery on the left side of the chest wall at "BE WELL HOSPITAL - T.Nagar." The surgery was conducted successfully, This is my 2nd surgery here. Both times the staff and nurses took excellent care of me. My special and heartfelt thanks to all the nursing staff who were very attentive, caring and quick to respond when called. The care was outstanding from start to finish. The facility was well-equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency. I highly recommend this hospital. Great JOB !!!
