Very nice and caring people. Timely treatment. Immediate response for every request. Doctors are the hue of God. Doctors are friendly nature and easy approachable. Patiently listen each word of patients and gave smiley, energetic and compassion reply.
Overall, it was a positive experience. My brother was brought to the hospital with dengue illness. They take excellent care of him. Thank you very much to everyone for providing such a nice environment to treat these types of fevers.
I am going to write two reviews. My mum was admitted here for the frozen shoulder surgery. Firstly, I want to thank Mr. Faizal (ops manager), for helping me with all queries related to billing and insurance procedure. He had personally taken time to discuss about the billing process, as I was not sure about the procedure. He promised that we would have easy and stressless procedure in terms of billing and insurance and he kept his words. It was very helpful for us financially. Second, the nurse team was very polite, caring, attentive and very friendly...they did a great job.... The housekeeping team was also good at what they do...they were polite and kept the place very clean. Overall my experience was great except one department...which I ll mention it in my second review. Because it is something that needs to improve alot.
I admitted my wife for delivery. Doctors and nurses are attending well. But the administration is very poor. Doctor advised for patient discharge at 9.00am, but the reception department is not ready and we waited until 2.00pm to get discharge clearance. They are simply wasting our time and very mechanical response while approaching the reception counter. Top management should focus in this area.
Overall it was a good experience. My father had undergone a surgery there. Hospital staffs are good in treating their patients. Great hospitality. Insurance person in reception done a very good job in taking care of the insurance part. Thanks.
I had a bad experience in this centre, recently met with an accident got injured , gone to the first aid treatment , didn't get proper treatment from Dr, that duty Dr never came aside and seen my injury, she prescribed only pain killer for the wound she didn't prescribed any antibiotic medicine or ointment for the recovery,on the very next day I consulted other Dr on outer hospital he prescribed proper medication,PPL are believing u blindly then how can you act like this, wasted our time and money,if I gone to GH may be I have got some better treatment,am not blaming all the Dr the Dr whom I consulted really bad
My husband got ACL Surgery in the right side leg knee done by Dr. Manikandan he had done nicely now my husband feel good. After surgery Nursing team giving their care to the patient's is excellence. And house keeping staffs they had given service neat and clean. Hospital atmosphere is very nice. My only suggestion Hospital male attender staff must stay in each floor because whenever Surgery patient's go and take x-ray must need attender.
Hospital was clean and hygienic, the nurse all were super attentive and friendly, they took care of all issues
